update pmtree dependency to arcpay org #7

Update pmtree dependency to point to arcpay repo. pmtree can now do inverse cantor mapping (not used right now).

key and index now have specific meaning now:

index: usize refers to the 0-indexed position in the bottom leaf array.
key: DBKey refers to $f(depth, index)$. $f$ is defined by the dependency and the user of the merkle tree don't have to worry about this parameter. DBKey = [u8; 8].

@BlakeMScurr, reverted the changes and added reverse cantor mapping to pmtree dep.
