Flickering when using Reserve Space on Windows 11 #375

1. Is this a feature request?

If yes then sorry but this project is not taking feature requests at this time.

2. Your Operating System Windows 11

3. App Version 3.5.9

4. Any Relevant Settings Reserve Space enabled

5. Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable Reserve Space
  2. Full screen anything on the same monitor

I tried to clean reinstall the application but I still have the same problem. I'm guessing this has something to do with a change introduce by Microsoft in Windows 11.

I'll upgrade to Windows 11 soon and try to add Windows 11 support.

Currently, Windows 11 is not supported.

v3.6.2 works without problem on my Windows 11 build 22000.469, using reserve space and always on top

On Windows 11:

No problems on screen #1, including reserved space. But fatal on screen #2: Window is not showing at all, only icons on desktop move. It seems that he is trying to restart every 2 seconds, because the desktop icons move every 2 seconds. But nothing is shown.

Didn't think of testing it on screen #1 but just did and, in my case at least, it is happening both on main and second monitor. (with 3.6.2)

I have the same problem on using Windows 10 Pro, 22H2.

Try this standalone version I haven't tested it on the Win 11, but in my Win 10 22H2 there is no flickering effect any more.
