I added this into the snakefile directly, but when isoseq data is uploaded to the SRA as a fastq file, it only needs to be converted to a fasta file before it can be treated as the best set of transcripts that can be derived from the raw seq data. so this is a super small PR to be able to add the isoseq data into the final transcriptome.
