Add metrics for looking at the difference between clusters #20

Just looking at the plots, it can be difficult to get a good idea of differences and similarities between clusters. Overlaying the mean TM-score of clusters could help with understanding differences across clusters.

We've got a heatmap added now by default. Jase has generated some nice metrics that would be good to implement in the pipeline.
