add palette names to documentation of `arcadia_palette()` #20

I can't remember them, so then i can't print the palette values using the function

woops. they're in the Description already. I was expecting them in the palette_name argument definition.

I think this is addressed in #21 where you can print vectors of the hex codes and names of each palette with show_arcadia_main_palettes or show_arcadia_gradient_palettes, I'll close after you review the PR
