Adding high-level taxonomy and element summaries:

[x] Taxonomy summaries for bacteria, archaea, fungi, protists, viruses based on NCBI Genbank databases (sourmash compare to these databases) -> amounts of the metagenome that are able to be classified based on these Genbank databases
[ ] sourmashconsumr functions for summaries of reads and assemlies
[ ] separate Rmarkdown reports for reads and assemblies
