Swaps out polishing tool racon for medaka since in-house we like medaka better for polishing metagenomes and seems to be less fussy about mapping file formats needed
In the past when I have used medaka I've used GPUs and it goes super quick, but maybe want to keep an eye when doing full-sized tests how long that takes.
