Small changes that'd be good to include before pub'ing

• Better error handling around platform input validation. We should probably throw an explicit error when that parameter is not one that we recognize
• Do we want email notifications with the final MultiQC report result? If so, see the seqqc pipeline as an example!
• The nextflow.schema's $id field references master instead of main

• The error handling is already built in if you provide a --platform parameter that isn't illumina or nanopore, for example if I try to run the workflow and give it --platform pacbio it throws this error:

  
  ERROR: Validation of pipeline parameters failed!

• --platform: 'pacbio' is not a valid choice (Available choices: illumina, nanopore)

• I don't want email notifications at this time so I'll leave that alone

• This will be fixed in the next pull request
