Arcadia-specific language would be helpful in the email template that will notify users when a run is complete and in the multiqc report html file (some of this is already in the multiqc_config.yml and should probably taken out and put just in an arcadia branch). This includes instructions like "contact Taylor or a member of the software team of if XXX." If we move this language to a branch called arcadia, we can launch from this branch on tower and provide arcadia-specific guidance without making the user experience weird for people outside of arcadia.
