small PR to change the name of the package from sourmashRutils to sourmashconsumr #12

Addressed #6.

All tests passed locally.

After this PR is approved and merged, I'll use the repo settings to change the repo name to sourmashconsumr too.

Ya I was thinking about that too. I went to CRAN to see what other packages do, and a lot have lowercase:

actogrammr Read in Activity Data and Plot Actograms actuaryr Develop Actuarial Models admixr An Interface for Running 'ADMIXTOOLS' Analyses adventr Interactive R Tutorials to Accompany Field (2016), "An Adventure in Statistics"

I think with readr, dplyr, etc, more packages end with a lower case r, dropping the e. Plus i like that since conda-forge won't preserve capitalization, it would be uniform in the canonical and in other package dists.
