[Leagues] Use a player's name as the team name for solo games. #12

If each team only has one player then it's likely we're watching a solo championship. We should replace the team names in the league replays list with the names of each player, so instead of:

ID	Radiant	vs	Dire	Played	...
765949052	Radiant	vs	Dire	08 Jul 2014, 23:36	...

we will have:

ID	Radiant	vs	Dire	Played	...
765949052	iG.Ferrari_430	vs	[A] s4	08 Jul 2014, 23:36	...
