Newbie help - story requirements. #185

It's result of community brainstorm gdoc. XP required for unlocking stories made visible. It's aparently a fix more than new thing as it existed, just didn't work. Made surv button appear always also, not only when unlocked.

I recommend only displaying the requirement text when the requirement is not met. Else, if the requirement is met, then there's no need to display the requirement text at all.

I left it visible on purpose, for 2 reasons: 1.To make sure people know them if someone ever happens to ask them. 2.To avoid having to change size of surv button between unlocked/locked states, and big unlocked mostly without text/background looked stupid.
