Stinger missile deals splash damage on impact even if its original target died before impact.
DETAILS:
Stinger Damage and Stinger Damage Allies effects would not cause splash damage if the Impact Location field was set to Target Unit and the original target unit died.
Reverted the Impact Location field to Target Unit/Point on both effects: Stinger Damage and Stinger Damage Allies.
This enabled the effects to do splash damage at the impact location even if the original target unit died before impact.
Note: The ability for the stinger launch effect to target only units remains unchanged.
