Moved Asgard help dialog to bottom of screen; transparency to 59% (version 2) #229

PATCH NOTES: Moved Asgard help dialog to bottom of screen; transparency to 59%.

In response to chat messages having moved to left of screen. Storyline chat messages still appear bottom left. Since bottom of screen text is more obstructed, increased the transparency of help dialog from 50% to 59% (same as Asgard border transparency). image image
