No shop+old shop removal #241

Removed triggers related to old shop, after moving variables/functions it shared with new shop. Removed ability/command card data related to old shop. Added lobby attribute to control noShop mode, (1.Standard 2.Restricted, defaults to standard) Added functionality of automatically re-selecting your marine after clicking shop Added visual clues to restricted items when noShop is active. Added same functionality of restricting access to one game items to -recruit mode games but sepparate from noShop mode Added handling of noShop lobby attribute within 'NOTDIinitialize' trigger, also made small changes there to accommodate. Enabled new shop within recruit games, but restricted only to permanent modifications.
