They had an issue of staying wherever they got spawned.
It could be solved in 2 ways:
1.Add them to enemy group on their creation.
2.Kill them after some time.
Given both options have similiar impact on gameplay (close to none) I picked option 2 as it's easier to implement and this pull does it, ->Broodlings now live a max of 30 seconds.
