PATCH NOTES:
Disabled buying kits/bandages after Navy Cross mode is enabled.
Reason:
Players were still able to buy kits (and use them) after navy cross mode was enabled. This broke navy cross even though it was already activated.

IF the changes @NiktosNOTD is making for the new shop (and removal of old shop) already includes disable buying kits/bandages after navy cross mode enabled, then there is no need to merge this one.
