Probable fix to situations where someone dies to enemies under a taunt effect which get redirected to not taunting marine by charge.

So after watching this replay a few times and some tests, i believe issue comes from how often taunt issues orders to enemies, in the 0.5s gap between orders charge could redirect the enemy to some other marine instead of demo (same applies to assault taunt).
I'm not sure it will fix it fully but further lowering of taunt period might cause some extra lags with walls of enemies, even this change probably will be noticeable.
