Queen if killed really quick could proc a shriek stun without usual range restrictions. It's caused by delay between info about shriek and actual stunning happening.
This change makes sure that queen needs to be alive for shriek stun to occur.
Also added protection as means of preventing stuns for charlie company. (they were missing it for some reason)
