Added bStats custom metrics charts (solves #116). #121

I have not added the charts to the bStats page yet, but the code is there of course. I'll add the charts to the page once this is merged.

This PR is ready as-is, so long @MrIvanPlays and @Jikoo also agree on it, it can be merged.
