When logging on after a different user has created a wallpaper causes a script error.

Looks to be a permission problem with C:\rWallpaper\wallpaper.jpg

Current ideas for solution are to modify startup.vbs to remove wallpaper.jpg and login.vbs to make wallpaper.jpg read/write access for everyone
