Adds a crawler script that can use the new dhtPing admin call to map the network (yakamo now uses a version of this).

Updated some documentation to e.g. remove references to the old send-view.py script.
Changed the graph a little so obvious things, like clicking an IP address in a node's peer list, work as expected.
