Culprit seems to be:
Error: Spring: caught std::logic_error
vector::_M_fill_insert
[t=00:00:18.916881][f=-000001] Error: [ExitSpringProcess] errorMsg="vector::_M_fill_insert" msgCaption="Spring: caught std::logic_error" mainThread=1
Can you start a game and see if it still happens?
Tried custom host with future wars 0.26.17, same behavior.
No idea how to enable longer stack trace which would be required, my read is that this is either vector::fill or vector::insert of which in my old springrts checkout are hundreds of occurrences in the code
I'd hazard it's a model issue but this is a bit above my technical proficiency level (intermediate). Does it happen with ZK:Stable?
ZK and Zero Wars work fine. Could be a model issue last thing I see is "loading models and textures".
hm, perhaps try download future wars dev (v3) and start toying with the models? the following models have been changed:
Contact: moreginger#9684 on zk discord
Downgraded from Major -> Minor.
Turns out this may be caused by modeling issues and verticies. This should be a quick run through of existing models for split edges.
Does this still happen?
Confirm it happens on future wars 0.29.7
How sad. Leoj is currently doing their own things. I wonder if it's something the engine folks would like to know?
