Add INS (view) to actionOnStart/Stop/Loop #3

Need INS added to keys seen by actionOnStart/Stop/Loop in order to tell when camera view changes. Alternately a queryCameraView(). Or both.

Alternative method call names: system.getCameraView() system.getCameraViewType()
