Dockbar Custom Shortcuts similar to Home++ Power Strip #218

Type a detailed description about your request
In the spirit of issue 186, Add Activity for Custom Shortcuts: Open App Drawer,
I'm requesting additional functions similar to those in the Home++ Power Strip
be available as shortcuts.

http://sites.google.com/site/homeppsite/change-log/list

Home++ featured the Power Strip, which had a number of custom shortcuts capable
of displaying information, toggling specific settings, or jumping to related
Android Settings. I'd like some of this functionality able to be added to the
secondary dockbar (not main dock where action buttons reside.) I don't know
that I have a preference for built-in, selectable icons or the ability to
create custom shortcuts via "Custom shortcut > Select Activity" to do these
functions. In H++, there is dual capability to many icons; a tap for toggle
setting and a long-hold to display related Android Settings.

Specifically, I would like to see similar actions or shortcuts available:
1) App Drawer - (tap) Open App Drawer, (hold) Application Settings
2) Favorites list - (tap) Toggle Display of Bookmarks Drawer, (hold) edit
bookmarks?
3) Notification Button - (tap) Expand Status Bar (hold) Toggle Display of
Status Bar
4) Toggle group - Items 7-12 on the changelog site are grouped together into
it's own frame:
Bluetooth, USB, Audio, Cell Network (3g/1x), Cell Signal Strength (bars), &
Battery status icon. There is also a WiFi icon that appears when connected.
Each icon shows status and has its own tap and hold functions. This is quite a
sophisticated interface which should probably be built into Android's stock
interface.

Attach mock-ups/screenshots if you can.
A screenshot of the icons is available at the H++ Power Strip changelog site
linked above. I've attached an additional image.

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm not asking for a Home++ ripoff. H++ is elegant in some ways, yet needs
more customizability. Home++ seems to have been abandoned in favor of their
newer home replacement app, which I do not like. After lack of updates, I
found ADW which is better in many ways. I simply miss certain things about H++
which might enhance ADW for others as well.

I think the new Launcher Actions shortcuts could close this, but letme know
first.
On a side note, i don't think we're gonna add wifi/usb/etc notifications into
the dockbar

Sorry, I meant to comment on this back when, but was interrupted.

I can accept the notifications won't be added and believe the new Launcher
Actions are great. I haven't mastered them yet, but am satisfied.
