I would like to save multiple configurations/settings via a method similar to
the existing backup and restore, and then load them by a shortcut, locale,
tasker, going in to car mode, or whatever might be easy.
I have been searching for a good car home replacement for a long time.
Finally, I changed my ADW settings to tailor it for use in a car dock. It was
great! Far better than anything else in the market. But, I had to change it
back because car mode is not convenient for the rest of the day. I would think
the ability to switch between configurations would be attractive to a variety
of people for a variety of reasons. Different home screen set ups for
different situations. Desk dock mode, plugged in mode, my kid has my phone
mode, etc.
