The default action of "some creatures" with both shooting and casting deals much lower damage than alternative action #14

Many players asked how they can revert to shooting for a creature with both shooting and casting

My answer is always

Please install ACM and press 2 in the game.

It doesn't make sense that ACM is required to "fix" this issue. Even switching action script is included in GEM in the future, it also doesn't make sense that the default action perform much worse than the other.

Possible solution: Plan A. Raise the damage of these creatures' spells. The spell damage should be better than shooting in most situations. Plan B. Set the default actions of these creatures to shooting. They can only cast via pressing "F"

I don't understand the title of the problem, Enchanters? Sharshooters? You should clarify the title and which creatures you mean, because the only thing I understand is that the problem is related to Switching Actions, cast will be obviously do unbalanced damage to shoot since it's not proportionally exact to the number of units. I had already thought about discarding the idea of cast in creatures because I'm not liking the idea of having to switch between cast and shooting with Switching actions. Name the creatures that still have to keep switching between cast and shooting so that in the next update it will remove it completely.

@VMaiko1634 Hi, please find the completed list of creatures that come with both shooting and hostile spell casting. These creatures can't be switched to shooting unless ACM is enabled

170 Arctic Sharpshooter 171 Lava Sharpshooter 212 Guardian of Zeus

Note: These creatures can be set to casting a spell after attacking (similar to sorceress) in order to preserve the original idea.
