I want to share feedback from the Chinese forum here. The player is a mod maker for C&C Red Alert II. He shared his opinion about how he wished TUM to be developed in the future.

TLDR:

  1. Creatures. Many new creatures are created from the existing ones, either by assembling the body parts or recolouring. They are usually not so well made and better just get removed from the mod. A typical example is Slithzerikai.
  2. Alternative path of upgrade. This is a mechanism from HoMM 5, a creature can be upgraded to 2 different types according to the type of upgraded building. It is fun to play with and can be suitable for TUM.

Good feedback, I have also been reflecting on the same thing, but we need more collaborators, especially from 3D artists. Or else, a substantial graphical improvement will never take place.
