After #65

[x] Add possibility to create new empty TM without uploading a TMX document
[x] Add possibility to change TMs for an existing document
[x] Make UI to create a new TM when a document is uploaded instead of using an existing one
[x] Make UI to manage linked TMs and use two modes: read and write
