After #66

[ ] A segment is saved to linked TM (linked on write) when a segment is approved
[ ] A segment is saved every time to document table, but not to TM if it is edited but not approved
[ ] There is a special button to approve a segment
[ ] UI shows approved segments differently (to quickly find them by some design means)
