all SMS position sender should return url completed with mark #13

Thanks to the mapping party page:

I learned how to add a amark to the position. Currently sms are sent with the 
following url:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=42.95606&lon=12.703265&zoom=15

Which doesn't show the mark of the precise position. The following should be 
added:
&layers=M&mlat=42.95647&mlon=12.70393
