Load tiles in the background while zooming #493

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pinch-zoom
2. The map will be scaled, but there would be an empty background bellow the 
map which wouldn't fill with the new tiles, until the pinch-gesture is released.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Loading of the new tiles while pinch-zooming

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.10

Please provide any additional information below.
Is there a chance to implement a pinch-zoom functionality to look similar to 
the Google Maps, for example?
