install documentation for central agent #1167

I tried to install the central-agent with the 'easy_install archipel-central-agent' command. easy_install tells me that the package is not found. Is the package renamed to 'archipel-core 0.6.0beta' ??

Read the wiki do not install via pip it's old. Install from sources.
