Create the pubsub nodes #1168

Hi. I have problem with point "Create the pubsub nodes". When i try to do this, i get this error: AttributeError: TCPsocket instance has no attribute '_sock'

I installed Ejabberd and create user there just for test it. Admin panel Ejabberd works great.

OS: Debian 8
