Feature request : Be able to specify --server=ip:port #1180

I'd like to be able to override DNS and also not have an entry in /etc/hosts such as:

archipel-tagnode --jid=admin@domain.com --password=secret --server=127.0.0.1:5222 --create

Same with all other scripts.
