What is this fixing or adding?

Potential fix to #13.
Consolidation of client components (*.apworld is now all-inclusive).
Updated setup guide.
Make the game start on the title screen after compiling.

How was this tested?

Local only, solo world... Admittedly not the best test but I'm hoping the alpha testers can try this out and see if it works better for them.

If this makes graphical changes, please attach screenshots.
