What is this fixing or adding?

Fixes https://github.com/ArchipelaGOAL/Archipelago/issues/46. In tandem with https://github.com/ArchipelaGOAL/ArchipelaGOAL/commit/6c1347b6f165013bb4973eb91020433a0ea715ce.

How was this tested?

Not yet, need a volunteer.

Tested, turned out not to need a volunteer, just another text client and a deathlink command.
