Add ability to channel eco as a drop

So you won't be able to use blue/yellow/red eco vents, and pickups without these new items? If this get's added as an option it would also be something to tie to the last 3 orb caches in Citadel. I assume green, and light eco wouldn't be included.

Channeling green eco is used for Basin's dark eco plant minigame. It's the only usage of it in the game, so it's not a total loss if we leave it alone, and I don't know where you would map it to a location. (warp gate buttons?)

Things that would need to change if you wanted "Channel X Eco" as an item:

Blue

• [ ] Go over all the scout fly location rules to add Blue eco as a requirement.
• [ ] Go over all the orb cache location rules to add Blue eco as a requirement.
• [ ] Geyser Rock precursor door (requires region changes).
• [ ] Sentinel Beach cannon tower.
• [ ] Almost all of Forbidden Jungle would require a rewrite (requires region changes).
• [ ] Misty Island race to the cell.
• [ ] Boggy Swamp metal crate orbs, launch pads, ambush arena.
• [ ] LPC raise the chamber, helix climb.
• [ ] Mountain Pass Klaww boss fight.
• [ ] Spider Cave launch to the poles, spider tunnel exit orbs (requires region changes).
• [ ] Citadel blast furnace room, launch pad room (requires region changes).

Red

(I don't think anything in the entire game requires red eco, but the places it is available I would consider adding it to the location rules.)

• [ ] Misty Island ambush arena (requires region changes).
• [ ] Snowy Mountain glacier troops, hopping lurker room (requires region changes).
• [ ] Citadel hopping lurker room (requires region changes).

Yellow

• [ ] Go over all the scout fly location rules to add Yellow eco as a requirement.
• [ ] Almost all of Boggy Swamp would require a rewrite (requires region changes).
• [ ] Mountain Pass Klaww boss fight, shortcut.
• [ ] Snowy Mountain frozen cave.
• [ ] Lava Tube orange ball room (requires region changes).
• [ ] Spider cave robot room, spider tunnel, gnawing lurkers.
• [ ] Citadel hopping lurker room, final boss (requires region changes).

Needless to say this would be a massive change.

And then the additional work of:

• [ ] Create the "Channel X Eco" item table.
  • Similar to the move item table, map the ID's to orb cache actor ID's (specifically Citadel's).
• [ ] Do all the region/location rule updates.
  • Don't forget to add the 3 orb caches to Citadel and give them rules.
• [ ] Recalculate Friendly Min's and Max's for cell/orb thresholds.
• [ ] Create an Eco Channeling toggle option similar to Move Randomizer.
  • On adds the abilities to the item pool.
  • Off adds the abilities to your starting inventory, adds fillers to the item pool.
  • Default Off.
• [ ] Mod updates.
  • Extra space was allocated to the moves section of the AP memory struct, use that space.
  • Change target (Jak) logic to only collect eco when you have the correct Channel X Eco "move".
  • Add the 3 Citadel cache ID's to the location check logic.
  • Add those "moves" to the move tracker menu.

... A really massive change.

Fun Fact

With the following settings:

• Move Rando On
• Eco Channeling On
• Orbsanity Off
• Orb Trades at max values.

There are only 9 checks you can actually do (7 cells, +1 for fisherman, +1 scout fly in Beach, cannon tower can open it for you). You can also reach 231 orbs.

This extremely small number of checks would almost certainly lead to early BK's, even in 2 player Jak games with the same settings. For example, one player would get their Channel Blue Eco in these first 9/18 checks, and then they have a ton of things to do, while the second player has to wait for the first player to find their instance of Channel Blue Eco. And forget larger games with more players, or players playing other games. This would be equivalent to worse than being stuck on Geyser Rock (there's a reason you can leave Geyser immediately) (Geyser has 10 checks total).

The only way I could conceive this working is if you had a Friendly Limit on it. In order for you to enable Eco Channeling:

• Orbsanity has to be on with sub-25 orb bundles (doubles your number of checks),
• or Move Rando has to be off (gives you early scout fly access),
• or both.
