Players who die due to Deathlink who are not eligible for shade switcharoos trigger a second deathlink.
Players may get 'stuck' in death pending state and won't be killed by deathlinks until they die naturally.
Dying at RG stag places shade partially out of bounds. (Suggestion: Resting_Grounds_09 (7.4, 10))
Dying on the wrong side of the Zote bridge can place shade at an inaccessible locations (Suggestion: Runes1_18 (11.5, 23))
