This fixes tracking of randomized persistent items, like soul totems and lifeblood hearts.

It seems the Path of Pain soul totems still don't work properly. Marked as draft while I investigate.

Update: seems the PoP totems are fine, I just had the wrong version of the mod installed. However, I did realize that the cleared persistent items don't show what they actually contain in the info panel, so I'm going to make them do that.
