Get current 2 digits of the current code (e.g.: "US" United States of America) And use them to get user popular movies.

Things to cover:

Ask permission to get device location: https://developer.android.com/training/permissions/requesting
If permission is accepted get location then request data
If permission is NOT accepted use "US" as default
