Travertine is a fork of Waterfall which is in turn a fork of BungeeCord.

Many optimisations, fixes, and quality of life changes are implemented downstream. The vast majority of the BungeeCord plugins are compatible with the downstream forks.

I believe this may resolve ArchitectSMP/k8s-gitops#26, ArchitectSMP/k8s-gitops#25, and ArchitectSMP/k8s-gitops#24 ~~(if not already fixed by ArchitectSMP/k8s-gitops#21)~~.

Waterfall instead of Travertine, there is no need to implement Travertine as it only adds additional support for older versions
