Get rid of the extra HGET on every job due to the Job.from_ident implementation.
Pipelined HGETALL calls

Overall, this brings the time down from 4.5 to 2.2 seconds in my test (just a simple time curl).

Merging directly because Travis is slow and the dashboard isn't part of the test suite anyway.
