Add ignoreset for gitweb sites #552

Filter out anything referencing individual commits.

Allow downloading all files and snapshots though.

PS: I recently used this exact ignoreset via manual !ignore commands to successfully archive https://git.stderr.nl/ using ArchiveBot:
