This pull request is adding MediaWiki ignoresets for a few additional languages, which I needed to add by hand over the past few weeks. Especially Chinese and Georgian are annoying to add by hand, because due to the encoding some of those patterns are too long to be sent via IRC in one piece. Splitting those by hand has definitely lead to me adding broken ignore patterns by accident before.
