iabak dies ungracefully when a repository is corrupted in interesting ways #22

I've got this one running on a suspect disk, and this happened completely at random: https://pastebin.mozilla.org/8832598. It was running git annex sync at the time.

(not so suspect any more, of course)

Oh, running git annex fsck fixed the problem, and now iabak runs correctly.
