I do have a few suggestions:
Please change 'web_' to 'web__' in the name, else the scripts won't be imported.
I see some of these RSS feeds are updating a lot and other have articles of 20 days ago still in their feed. Maybe you can make two items? One with often-updating feeds and thus a lower refreshtime and one with less-often-updating feeds and thus a higher refreshtime?
