Changes to existing element / attribute

Give the current name of the element / attribute. Include the tag name and the full name. For alignment with EAC-CPF and EAD, all elements of EAG 3.0 should allow for the optional attributes @audience (with values "external" or "internal"), @id (with data type ID) and @target(with data type IDREFS) as well as an option to include attributes from any other namespace. The only exception to this is the root element <eag>, which does not include @target.

As these are optional attributes and as EAG 2012 only had @audience with the root element, but none of the other attributes mentioned here, there is nothing to add specifically for conversion from EAG 2012 to EAG 3.0.
