Double Chest Operation #7

Double Chests do not properly operate as they are considered two different chests. They need to be combined into a single store.

DoubleChest and Chest operation in Bukkit is not ideal at the moment. There have been discussions on IRC, though it is not likely we will see a change any time soon. For now, using double chests must remain disabled for use with coffers and stores.
