Unable to open in latest ICS version #121

Just got my Galaxy Nexus with Ice Cream Sandwich and I can open the game fine, 
and even play. The only problem (and it's a biggie!) is that there's no 
trackball on the Galaxy Nexus - nor indeed on many other Android phones) so you 
can't deal extra cards in Spider. So, sadly, the app is unusable (well, for me 
anyway, as I only play Spider - and I play it a LOT!)
